In preparation for your best 5K, I’d like to encourage you to move faster; kick some butt.
As you move throughout your day, pick up your pace at times. Moderate movement is great. Even better is adding intervals of running or walking faster, standing longer, taking 2 stairs up at a time, biking your fastest for a block….whatever you like to do, do it faster.
This motivation was brought home to me a book I enjoyed and recommend: Younger Next Year by Crowley and Lodge.
